What was purchased in the acquisition? 

On March 11, 2020 Primex, through its parent company Oldcastle Infrastructure, completed the acquisition of the assets of Suttle from Communications Systems Inc. This includes the product lines of SoHo metal enclosures, MediaMax plastic panels and Speedstar accessories, along with all inventory, trademarks and some capital equipment.

 

When will Primex take over order processing and invoicing from Suttle?

Starting immediately you will be asked to submit your orders to Primex Manufacturing Corp.

 

What company do I list on my purchase orders and where do I submit them?

How will this affect existing orders with Suttle? Who do I contact for information about existing orders?

If you have existing open orders, you will be asked to resubmit your Purchase Orders to “Primex Manufacturing Corp”. Please contact Primex Customer Service directly for information and with questions about deliveries and order tracking.

Will Primex continue to manufacture and sell all Suttle products?

Primex has no plans to halt production of any Suttle products or product lines. All products will continue to be available for purchase with availability, lead times and service you currently enjoy.

 

Will my pricing on Suttle products change?

Your pricing will remain the same on the products you are currently ordering.  If there are any changes in the coming months you will be given sufficient notice on price changes. 

 

Will Primex honor my current account terms with Suttle?

Yes, during the transition period Primex will continue to honor your existing account terms and pricing for Suttle products. If there are any changes in the coming months you will be given sufficient notice. 

 

Can I order Suttle products from Primex through my existing Primex account?

No, current Primex accounts are managed through our Canadian entity “Primex Manufacturing Ltd.” Going forward, all US purchase orders must be processed through our US entity, Primex Manufacturing Corp.  

Your Suttle account has been automatically transitioned to Primex Manufacturing Corp., complete with the credit limits, pricing and terms you currently have with respect to Suttle products. As things progress over the coming months we will keep you up to date on any changes to your ordering process and terms. 

 

I don’t have a Primex account. Do I need one?

Yes, however your Suttle account has been automatically transitioned to Primex Manufacturing Corp., complete with the credit limits, pricing and terms you currently have with respect to Suttle products. As things progress over the coming months we will keep you up to date on any changes to your ordering process and terms. 

 

I’ve never purchased Primex products before but I would like to. Can I submit an order? 

Yes, but first you will need to discuss your account with your regional Primex Sales Director. Please contact Sales Support for information, next steps and to arrange an introduction.
